For planning, we currently use 6 hives at 5 qualifying acres plus 1 hive for each full additional 2.5 acres, up to 12 hives at 20 acres. We reconfirm the current Montague CAD standard before installation.

We evaluate the property, plan the apiary, deliver and manage the colonies, perform inspections, manage queens and colony health, feed or treat when needed, provide normal replacement support, and keep dated service records.
