RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Ten Box Bees, we take pride in offering high-quality honeybee colonies,
local raw honey, and beekeeping equipment.
Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of many of our products,
the following return policy applies:
LIVE BEES & NUCLEUS COLONIES
All live bee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live bees,
including nucleus colonies (nucs), queens, or full hives.
If there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact us
within 24 hours so we can evaluate the situation.
HONEY & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
All honey, wax, and other consumable or perishable products are non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
for replacement consideration.
BEEKEEPING EQUIPMENT
Unused and unopened equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
APITHERAPY SESSIONS
Apitherapy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
