Thank you for shopping with us at Ten Box Bees. We work hard to get your order packed safely and shipped quickly.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). With deliver times ranging 4-10 days. 

During peak seasons or major sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Texas: 4 - 10 business days

  • U.S. Domestic: 4 - 10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Local Pickup (If Offered)

Local pickup may be available in the Burleson / Fort Worth area.
If this option is selected, you will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Honey & Heat Notice

Honey is a natural product and may:

  • Crystallize in cooler temperatures

  • Become thin or leak in extreme heat

This does not affect quality.

We package carefully, but we are not responsible for melting or minor leakage caused during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Email us at tenboxbees@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to make it right.
