Free Property Evaluation for Texas Bee Ag Exemption
Ten Box Bees offers a free property check for North Texas landowners who want to know whether managed honey bee colonies could help qualify their land for Texas agricultural (1-d-1) valuation. We review your acreage, history, and county standard, then tell you the next steps. The appraisal district makes the final eligibility decision, and we do not guarantee approval.
What to send
- Property address or parcel location
- Total acreage and approximate homesite acreage
- Current or prior agricultural use (cattle, hay, none)
- Any correspondence you already have from the appraisal district
