One-Time Setup for a Managed Texas Bee Ag Exemption Lease
This one-time setup fee covers onboarding and initial installation for a new Ten Box Bees managed honey bee leasing property.
Setup includes
- Property and apiary-location review
- Planning hive placement and access
- Initial delivery and installation of managed colonies
- Program onboarding and service documentation setup
- Enrollment into ongoing hive-management service
The setup fee is separate from the annual per-hive lease. The number of hives required depends on acreage, prior agricultural-use history, degree-of-intensity standards, and the county appraisal district.
